Using the System - Urgent Alerts

• Once your phone and account are set-up, the protection of Push 5 Urgent Alert is active.

or dial (619) 342-1877

• The alarm is silent – simply push speed dial 5 and an alert is sent.
• If you can, tell where you are and what’s wrong so we can relay that information to your contacts.
• If possible, stay on the line to join your contacts on Instant Conference Hotline.

The Urgent Alert goes out immediately

• Our system simultaneously contacts everyone in your group - wherever they are (phones, e-mails or text messages).
• Push 5 tells them this is an Urgent Alert and tells them your name.
• Push 5 plays the recording of where you are and what's wrong.

An Instant Hotline Conference Call Begins

• If you can, stay on the line and join the conference. If not, we will tell your contacts you were unable to join the call.
• Your contacts receive your alert and join your conference.
• The alert conference begins to coordinate the help you need NOW.
