Set-up Your Account
1. Set up your contacts.
- Import or manually enter up to 12 contacts.
- Each contact may include up to 3 phone numbers.
- You should also enter an e-mail and a text message* address for each contact.
*You must enter your contact’s cell phone carrier in order to send a text message.
2. Set-up your phone
- Enter our alert number (619) 342-1877 into the speed dial on the number 5 on your phone.
3. Call Us to Activate*
- Push 5 – or call our alert number (619) 342-1877.
- At the prompt, record your name. This will be played for your contacts in case of an urgent alert.
- That’s it. You are active and can now enjoy the protection and peace of mind of Push 5.
*This step is REQUIRED. You will not have Push 5 protection until you record your name. This activates your account.
